Shipping policy

Encore Shipping Terms for Residential Customers.

Residential Customers receive ground shipping free of charge in the contiguous United States. Ground Delivery can take between 2 to 7 days depending on the delivery location. Encore exclusively uses Federal Express as our carrier of choice.  If an Encore customer requires an expedited shipping; Encore passes our discounted rate to the customer to assist with a reduced shipping charge. Fed Ex requires a physical address to delivery and will not delivery to a PO BOX. Free Shipping is only available for ground shipments within the contiguous United States.

 

Shipping charges to AK, HI, PR, VI and international customer will receive our discounted rate from Federal Express.  All shipment to AK, HI, VI, PR and International customer and partners will require a freight quote from Encore shipping department.

All shipping Rates are calculated buy size of shipping box and weight; Plus, final city and state destination. Federal Express tracking number shall be provided for completed orders and emailed to customer.

 

Shipping terms for Business and Oversized orders.

Ground shipping on order that require pallet or trucking.  Rate are subject to negotiated rates to final destination. All other shipping terms are negotiated with Encore prior to release of shipment.

Shipping charge.

All fed ex shipping rates are real time at check out and reflect our discounted rate. All order receive free ground shipping.
